We’re in dire straits!

Hi All

Re contribution – the closing date has come and gone. Current total contribution is not close to funding the event plus a souvenir shirt for free. It is therefore agreed that the souvenir shirt will have to be sold and paid for as a separate entity. The souvenir shirt will cost PHP350.

If we manage to attract more attendees and if anybody will come forward with a considerable amount of donation this cost may be waived but as the finances stand at the moment, we all have to pay for the shirt.

For those living in the Philippines, please note: Suggested contribution = 1,000 pesos per person

Important notice as the countdown continues…

The organising committee are finalising attendance numbers to ensure that everyone who signs in (and pay) will deservedly collect an MGM888 souvenir shirt at the event.

To avoid upset and disappointment, please remember to confirm your attendance so your name gets included in the list. All payments should be in by 30th May 2008 (NOTE 6/6/08 – Deadline now extended).

Suggested contribution:
PHP1,000 (for those residing in the Philippines)
PHP10,000 (for those living abroad)
