To ensure smooth and trouble-free access to Mapua at 888, please do the following:

1 – If you have already paid, COLLECT YOUR TICKETS NOW (contact Angie to make arrangements for collection, delivery).

2 – 888 organisers are happy to receive payment / contributions on the day but YOU MUST REGISTER to be included on the MGM888 guest list.

3 – PLEASE BRING ID cards.

Please note that the guards at the gate have a copy of our guest list and ONLY THOSE ON THE LIST ARE ALLOWED ENTRY.

To avoid delay, upset and embarrassment, please follow above.

Thank you all for your very positive responses. Payment and generous donations are welcome up to August 8, 2008.

Souvenir shirt
Contributions received prior 888 are guaranteed to receive a souvenir shirt which we would like everyone to wear during the event! We currently placed 200 orders for all confirmed attendees. So if you want to get a shirt PLEASE PAY NOW. If we need to order more we have to know as soon as possible.

Marketing – souvenir items
Oh yes, we are going commercial too.

On top of the shirt at PhP 350 each, the following will also be on sale at 888:

And more importantly:
Full coverage of the MITMGM888 event on DVD (by professional photographers), cost excluding postage:
Photos – PhP 150
Video – PhP 250

Payment for the items as you place your orders. So money on the ready!

Practicals
Given the above, it is recommended that you refrain from taking your cameras, videos etc. In this way, you have no expensive equipment to have to look after during the event. You can concentrate on networking, singing, dancing (and you-know-what-else-may-happen!) and most especially catching up with your dear friends. So make sure that you have your smiles to the full… all worries behind! But don’t forget your cash.
