This is when the long-awaited event officially begins! MGM888 starts from the MGM Faculty Office (now called EMSE). There will be ushers/stewards from the main gate who will direct us all (incase one forgets where the North Building is!).
ENTRY
By order of the MIT security office, everyone MUST show an ID card upon entry.
CARPARKING inside the quad
There are only 50 spaces available on first come, first served. You will need to show your ID card and car reg number will be noted. It is best to aim to arrive as early as 2pm to be assured of a space otherwise Muralla street parking is the other option. We foresee carpark problems, CARSHARING is therefore highly recommended.
BUSINESS CARDS
Remember to carry a few for networking.
CAMERAS
They are safer at home – you won’t need them. We have professional photographers who will produce quality photos and video of the event on CD/DVD.
LIQUORS ARE BANNED inside the campus
Don’t worry San Miguel will keep us company.
